NexVend ("we", "us", "our") operates the nexvend.app website and service. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you create an account:

Email address — used for authentication (magic link sign-in) and account identification
Name (optional) — if you choose to provide it during sign-up

When you use the app, we store:

Show data — show names, dates, and locations you create
Card inventory data — card names, games, grading info, cost, asking price, and sold price

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVC, or billing address. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy. We only store a Stripe customer ID to manage your subscription.

How We Use Your Data

To provide and maintain the NexVend service
To authenticate your account via magic link emails
To process payments and manage subscriptions
To send transactional emails (sign-in links, subscription confirmations)

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond what's needed to run the service.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on Supabase (cloud-hosted PostgreSQL) with row-level security — you can only access your own data. The app also caches data locally on your device for offline use.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Your Rights

You can:

Export your data via CSV at any time (Pro plan)
Request deletion of your account and all associated data
Access all data stored about you

Cookies

NexVend uses browser local storage for authentication tokens and offline caching. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
