Terms of Service

By using NexVend ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

NexVend is a TCG inventory and profit tracking tool for card show vendors. We provide a web application that lets you manage card inventory, track sales, and calculate profits.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
One account per person. Do not share accounts.

3. Free and Paid Plans

Free plan: Limited to 2 shows and 50 cards. No credit card required.
Pro Monthly ($9.99/mo): Unlimited shows and cards. Includes a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime.
Pro Lifetime ($199 once): Unlimited shows and cards, forever. One-time payment.

Prices may change with notice. Existing subscriptions continue at their current rate until cancelled.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for monthly plans. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal — access remains until the end of the billing period.

Refunds for monthly plans are handled on a case-by-case basis. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 14 days.

5. Your Data

You own your data. We do not claim any rights to your card inventory, show data, or sales records.
You can export your data via CSV at any time (Pro plan).
You can request full deletion of your account and data.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not:

Use the Service for any illegal activity
Attempt to access other users' data
Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
Create accounts to circumvent free plan limits

7. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. The app works offline — your data is cached locally and syncs when you reconnect.

8. Limitation of Liability

NexVend is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, inaccurate profit calculations, or business decisions made using the Service. Always verify important financial figures independently.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
